| Your role | As Quality Process Engineer you will join the process team to become the product quality specialist of the line reporting to the process manager. You will also work in close relation with plant quality Manager to make sure plant quality system is implemented and respected. Your tasks: • Support production by making sure product specifications are known, understood and strictly respected by production in order to produce in compliance and to provide right quality to our customers. In some special case translate customer expectations into process specifications • Control, define and implement and train production on quality control tools such as standard operating procedures, QC equipment and analytical tools to make sure production has all the means to produce according to specification • Work on customer claims and root causes to prepare action plan. This includes visit to customer across Europe (could be out of Europe in few cases), root cause investigation together with production, communication through our quality system, follow up of action plan with production • Manage 3 Laboratory operators • Lead quality improvement project (improve Quality management system by project) • Participate actively in the coater operations routine as quality specialist (daily and weekly improvement cycle) |
| Your Technical Skills | • Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing. • Significant experience in quality management (Quality Control management, customer claim management, Laboratory management). • Computer skills: Advanced excel skills • Previous experience in lean manufacturing environment will be highly appreciated. • Language: Fluent French and English is a must, German would be highly appreciated. |
